The good news? Greater Austin has several communities that consistently stand out for their highly rated schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and family-friendly amenities.

If someone came to me and said, "Schools are our top priority," these are five neighborhoods I'd recommend putting on their list.

1. Santa Rita Ranch - Liberty Hill, TX

School District: Liberty Hill ISD

New construction is still available throughout much of the community, giving buyers plenty of floor plans and price points to choose from.
