Where to Go Fishing Around Central Texas

Accessible through McKinney Falls State Park, Onion Creek is a beautiful stream that tumbles through carved-out limestone and over numerous waterfalls. Many local anglers fly-fish for bluegill and crappie here, and the state park offers great creek access as well as overnight camping and a network of picturesque nature trails.
